Instead of buying different data plans for your loved ones, Glo now offers you a way to share. You can share your Glo data plan by requesting through SMS/USSD or by visiting Glo HSI data sharing if you are using a Glo modem or MiFi. Want to know how? This post should help:
Simply dial *127*01*Data Recipient Number# or Send “Share Data Recipient Number” to 127 via SMS. For instance, *127*01*0805XXXXXXX# or Send Share 0805XXXXXXX to 127.
How to remove people:
To remove people you share data with, simply dial *127*02*Data Recipient Number# or Send “Remove Data Recipient Number” to 127 via SMS. For instance, *127*02*0805XXXXXXX# or Send Remove 0805XXXXXXX to 127
How to check your list:
To check the list of people sharing your data, dial *127*00# or Send “List” to 127 via SMS.
Note: The USSD codes must be dialed from the SIM you are sharing the data from.
You can share Airtime on Glo Network by using the Glo EasyShare service. This enables you to share your call credit with any one you choose on the Glo network.
To Transfer Credit, dial *131*Phone Number of the recipient*Amount to be transferred*Password#.
For example, if your password is 12345 and you want to transfer N75 to a customer with Phone Number 08155570458, then you dial *131*08155570458*75*12345#.
You will receive notification via text message once the transfer is completed. Default password is 00000.
